A short 2.5 mile stroll that starts across the road from Pigeonsford Farm and heads through woodland and fields to Tredwr and then along the Pontgarreg road before climbing up onto the road to Gilfach. From here a short dogleg into fields eventually brings you onto the road near Tregregin Farm which you follow towards the coast. Pass through the gate at the end of the road and drop down the field to the coast path before turning left and making your way towards the Urdd Centre. From here it's a short walk along the road back to Pigeonsford Farm
