A hilly 20 mile ride that takes you Northeast through Blaencelyn, Llywyndafydd and Cross Inn to Gilfachreda (ignore the road closed sign!) where you turn to the Southeast and start a long climb all the way up to Llanarth and beyond, to the ridge road where a right turn takes you to Post Bach. From here you pedal, mainly aided by gravity, towards Plwmp, Blaencelyn and home.
